I offer creative coaching for groups or on a one to one basis. Creativity affects many areas of our life, both personally and professionally. I help people overcome creative blocks and reconnect with their authentic self and passions. We are all born creative, a creative path is a journey of truth that allows us to freely express who we’re meant to be.

I’ve led corporate team building days, retreats and creative therapy workshops with educational trusts, arts organisations and charities such as MIND. I’m dedicated to promoting the benefits of creative thinking and life long learning.
